- 3. We'll arrange a return or replacement — no drama, no hoops.
The details
- You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
- - Because these are enrichment products used with dogs, contact us first — we handle gently-used returns case by case and always aim to be fair.
- - Refunds go back to your original payment method within about 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
- - Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Damaged or wrong item? If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund right away — usually with no return needed.
