How much is shipping? Shipping is a flat $8 within the US, and completely free on orders over $45.

 

How long will my order take? Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

 

Do you ship internationally? Right now we ship within the United States only.

 

PRODUCTS & USE

 

Are your products safe for all dogs? Our enrichment and comfort products are made for everyday use, but every dog is different. Always supervise your dog with any new mat, toy, or feeder, pick the right size, and remove any item that becomes damaged. If your dog has a specific health concern, check with your vet.

 

Do you sell treats, food, or supplements? No. DenlyShop focuses on non-ingestible enrichment and comfort — lick mats, snuffle mats, slow feeders, toys, and beds. We don't sell anything you feed your dog, and we don't make medical claims.

 

How do lick mats and snuffle mats help? They tap into a dog's natural urge to lick and sniff, giving them a calm, focused activity. Many dog parents use them as a soothing routine during storms, fireworks, alone time, grooming, or travel.

 

How do I clean them? Most of our mats and feeders are top-rack dishwasher safe or easy to hand-wash with warm soapy water. Check the product page for care details.

Can I change or cancel my order? Email us as soon as possible at ahsanaslamk1988@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
